What we collect

When you join the John 2112 waitlist we collect your email address and, if you choose to give them, your name, your church's name and your role.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to tell you about John 2112: early access, launch news and occasional requests for feedback. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their marketing.

Consent and unsubscribing

We only email you if you tick the consent box. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us to be removed. This follows Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Where it is stored

Your information is stored securely with our database provider, Supabase, on servers in Canada (Montréal region). The website is hosted by Vercel. Both use encryption in transit (HTTPS).

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
